Hardware Guarantee

All laptops and computers sold through CWComputers are sold with at least a one year guarantee on all hardware. If for any reason a component becomes faulty we will replace the faulty component free of charge.

All machines come with a back to base warranty. This means if you send the machine back to us we will repair free of charge within that first year unless you have made midifcations to the machine which may of resulted in the failure.
If this is the case then our usual charges apply. (Please see our PC Repairs page)

If you wish the warranty period to extend beyond one year this can be arranged on an annual fee to a maximum of three years. If you wish to take advantage of this extra service please contact us via our email address on the "Contact us" Page.
